thank you for sharing! I'm sure many people agree. there is validity to your statement, for sure. it's strange to watch the evolution of pop stars, and we can't possibly imagine what goes on in their personal lives. Maybe she is going out of her way on purpose, maybe 'taking herself way too seriously' is just another part of the social experiment. who knows!

I was a skeptic at a couple points in time, too. I started to buy into all the videos and propaganda about our pop culture icons. The truth is, these stars are stars because they want to be and because they work incredibly hard, not for any other reason. Yes, there is indulgence behind the scenes in showbusiness, but it's like that in nearly every other career field once you achieve a certain status. Drugs, sex, and the like just come with the territory. I've realized that these "Illuminati" alarmists are simply people who feel the need to tear down those who are radically different (as pop icons often ARE, otherwise they wouldn't be iconic). It is sad to see people waste so much time denouncing successful people instead of using that time and energy to construct their own success.
