I go to a psychotherapist every two weeks because of my depression, anxiety and paranoias. It's a good thing, but the problem is that it's already hard to explain to myself what comes to my mind, what i feel. For now i'm just trying to lower those negative feelings and thoughts and replace them with positive ones, but you have to know the causes to heal completely, like some unprocessed memories. It's all about education, experiences and genetics too.
