in many countries people are gay are not recognized by society as degrading as let us change the view of these people.

I know a lot of straight people here in Northern Ireland who are very outspoken LGBT rights campaigners, and are also very passionate and highly regarded within the community. I think people like them, and like you, are very important to us because you are fighting along side us for equality, and reminding the general public that equality isn't just about one sort of minority, equality is about everyone.
