It might hurt a little depending on your pain tolerance and in the part of the body that you're getting it; ribs, head, ankles, back, elbows, are some of the parts that hurt the most because the skin is thinner, and parts like forearms, shoulders, legs, is less painful, but to be honest if you are scared and nervous it may hurt no matter what part of your body is getting tattooed.
