I have met people that have been completely shunned by their family because of their sexuality. Especially the people they call their "mom" and "dad". So if a kid that has nobody else to turn to wants to call Gaga their "mom" because she's the only person in the world that they feel relates to them then let them be. Of course Lady Gaga isn't their real mother but she has taken on a role as the symbol of a generation to so many kids to be who they want to be and love themselves. And if a kid that has no one latches onto that and it makes them feel better, and empowered, and beautiful then there's nothing wrong with that,
