Thats my friend Amy modeling the dress I made for her. It took me about 6 months to complete. I used one of Amy's black pencil skirts and hand stitched LEDs onto it. I then created a shell made out of fabric covered vellum which really helped to diffuse the LEDs.

I actually made the dress for her!
