The Fame! I like the earlier part of the era in 2008 when she was promoting Just Dance and Poker Face. My second favorite is ARTPOP Era.

This is all true influence in my opinion. Maybe with the exception of the hand-chair in Katy Perry's video. But the rest are great examples of Gaga's influence on pop culture.

If you compared her face from 2014 to her face from 2007 or 2008, *THEN* you'd see some significant change. The picture on the left is post-nose job and I don't think she'd had much work done between then and the pic on the right.
