I saw a note posted on a bulletin board in the lobby area of a nursing home, where one resident said about another resident that, "...She always was in style, never in fashion, because style is always fashionable."

It's true, you and Marge Simpson are quite alike, (if you saw the episode where she finds a Chanel dress in the bargain bin store for about 100 dollars) (I'd get it too), and she keeps altering it because it's ALL she has, and ultimately she keeps altering it for the status of having something "new" each time, but at the end of the episode she chooses her family instead of impressing rich people and her dramatically altered garment is a symbol for the only real elegance we need in life. :)

And honestly, if she doesn't have a problem with going to China Town and buying fake Chanel, why on Earth would people think she would wear real fur lots of expensive and real diamonds, etc? :B
