The angle that the image is being shot is different in each photo, not to mention the way she is holding her body is different. She is also wearing prosthetics in her BTW photo, so they most likely added her tattoo further down because it is part of who she is, and most likely didn't want to cut it out of her video/shoot... yup

This scene is them just arriving to headquarters and sitting down. The monitors in front of them are just clips of those they are watching (keeping an eye on)

I only went to see the movie for Gaga... I was very disappointed because these clips, mere fleeting glimpses of her really, are all you see
