Ryan, sometimes when you are wrapped up in a dark moment in your life, it seems like you can't find your way out. That's not true. Listen to what we are saying because we mean it: you are strong and a wonderful person. Try not to think of everything you want to change in your life. Do one thing at a time. But please know that the one thing you don't need to change is yourself. Being gay is part of who you are. An important one, but it's not the only thing that defines you. Once you start to see that, you will have an easier time. Trust me, it will get better. Been there, done that. In the meantime, don't hesitate to message if you need to talk. xx
