That's not the truth. Gaga is human not God, she's prone to commit mistakes. There's nothing wrong in pointing out her mistakes so she can become an even better person than she already is.

Tbh I really feel that Gaga did that because she was fueding with her management and made this video to piss them off. I really feel she had absolutely no intention of releasing this video, but made it because they gave her a week to finish the video, so she made this.
