Talking does help but only when you can find those who truly want to listen. I find allot of people who act as though they wear their hearts on their sleeves but in reality they could truly care less for you or anyone else unless it pertains to them.

My emotional and physiological damage has seriously damaged me for the rest of my life. My emotional scares have gone far deeper then the physical one that I have suffered.

I have also suffered from years of bullying due to the neurological/ physical damage. For instance at the age of twelve I had for no reason been paralyzed from the wasted down due to some sort infection landing on my spin supposedly. Either way I needed to learn on how to re walk. Some of that damage again could had been neurological as well because it had also affected my speaking at that time.

I agree with what you had wrote for I've have suffered with mental illness way before the age of twelve and I am now in my late forties. I've also have had neurological damage as well in my early years.
