I think that you're both right. Maybe Judas is about empowerment, maybe it's about accepting your dark side, maybe it's about being in love with the wrong man/woman etc. What I'm trying to say is that Gaga is an artist (duh) and that we can interpret her work in our own way. That's how art works, actually. Imagine a triangle, put art in the middle of it, now put an author (Gaga in this case) on the top of the triangle, now put a piece of art (song) on the right, and a recipient (monsters) on the left side of the triangle and you'll get 3 things that are necessary to make art. Since we (recipients) are all different it is normal to understand everything that artist makes in our own way. There is no right or wrong because it's like telling someone who likes pink that blue is prettier. I hope that you are not confused now that you read this. Love you all!
