Varun Khanna

My name is Varun. I think I have a pleasant disposition and can always be counted on for optimism and encouragement. Occasionally. I over-analyse situations but I only mean to make myself and others as happy as possible. I am visionary because I always think about the bigger picture and I’m most excited by new possibilities. I’m a dreamer. I follow my own rules, often in direct contradiction with the law of the land. I’m most beholden to traditions and I believe strongly in freedom. I have a taste for adventure that is insatiable and have a constant thirst for the new and unknown. But I am not privileged at all. I grew up with an intersectional, complicated identity, and life never lets me forget it. I’ve had my fair share of struggles, and I’ve worked hard to overcome them. We don’t live in an ideal world and I had to learn that the hard way. I might not be at the top just yet, but I’ll get there someday!
