I think that she is doing a lot to eliminate prejudices that are old as the world...she can't change it all in such a little time but she is very influential. Maybe an old man (not for the age but for the ideas) will never change his mind but Lady Gaga can change the perception that an "outcast" has of himself, and that's a very big help and a very big change. I think that old prejudices are hard to eliminate but Lady Gaga helps everyone who suffered because of these prejudices to love themselves, to be proud of themselves, to fight against hate and that's what I call a big change.
