she was deliberately acting like other celebrities and artists to show that she CAN'T be like them. people make fun of her dancing, so she danced with dancers to make fun of herself! the song is about all the bad attention she gets, she's made fun of for everything, so she is reenacting the very things she's made fun of for with this song to say, "yeah, i can't dance, i can't do this stuff, but i'm just gonna shake it off." she's not copying or making fun of anyone else, she's making fun of HERSELF. :)
