Is this a new album or something else

Does anyone know how much meet and greet tickets are? Does it include tickets to the show or you have to buy a ticket to the show and a meet and greet ticket?

I'm devastated to know you're hurting, I'm hurting for you, I'm hurting for the fans that did not get to see you destroy that stage, I'm praying for your recovery and for the fans to understand that this decease you live with is not stable and makes your everyday life a gamble. I understand that from now on, you can't escape the reality that you're going to fight harder everyday to learn to live with this decease, to cope with the complications it comes with. I'm thankful I got to experience Joanne Live, it personally helped me begin to heal the many wounds that I live with, I'm sad to see this end but its a cycle and I hope you truly gets the rest you need and you get to come back when you're ready, THANK YOU JOANNE for being our cure, now we get to be yours, and rest assured we will be right by your side as you were right by ours. Remember we made a promise, when you feel like you're on the edge, we're all standing with you, and when you're lonely, we will be lonely too...
