Have you contacted them directly? Thats how they fixed the problem i was having. It took them a little bit to fix the problem but it eventually got fixed!

The chat room is messing up.
How come the chat wont work for me? When I go to get on the chat it opens up but there are no chats, and if I click on create a new chat it wont let me do that. Is this happening to anyone else? How do I fix this? D:
The same thing is happening to me also! I go to the chats and there are no chats and when i click on create new chat nothing happens it just stays blank. Its so frusterating! If you figure out how to fix this please let me know. I have not once been able to get onto a chat room :-(
