Some people like me don't have a real family and so we actually do look at Gaga as a sort of stand in maternal figure. Call it sordid or what you want but the way I think isn't perfect but it doesn't make it wrong. Calling it "too much" or "creepy" is mean. I was adopted after my mother died and then kicked out for being gay. Gaga has become my mother figure.

True but if you're referring to things like the pictures I just posted - they are art and Gaga would be proud. I posted them because they're from a Gaga-inspired shoot I just did and there is NOTHING showing. I realize you might not be referring to those specifically but the other pictures I've seen have been similar. She would be thrilled she has inspired such creativity!

I was thinking that too. I'm wondering if she purposefully says it now just because she sees all of the posts on here? I love how close she is to us :o)
