@LadyGaga watching #GagaFiveFootTwo and...love, your vulnerability is so beautiful and inspiring. Never be embarrassed of the pain you feel, physical or otherwise. Shame and embarrassment do not exist unless you allow them to. You are always worth everything, as we all are. There's not a single thing I can say that will ease the challenges you may face with your chronic pain/illness but, like I have been learning, it will be okay. As humans there are just some things we can't control, among one of the most difficult is when our bodies turn on us. You are not alone, not ever, none of us are. I don't know you, and you don't know me, but despite that, from one human being to another, I offer you my support. I know chronic pain, and how isolating it can feel. -Bethina-
