GaGa represents the case while Taylor is the anchor. Notice that in the shape of the anchor there's a T shape which makes Taylor as the sailor. Now GaGa (who travels overseas a lot with her LV) is the mermaid, who got caught by the sailor (refer to You and I music video). Hence, GaGa's tattoois the stamp of Taylor's mermaid who is GaGa.
