I used to have the same problem, but there came a time when I just said, "Screw this. I'm gonna be who I wanna be." Since then, I've met other Monsters who my school, and it's awesome!

The only problem I have with the new design is the consistency of the font. The font looks different in places and should be fixed. Mobile and Desktop are becoming one, and honestly, I don't like it. Desktop should be one whole glorious thing on it's own, and Mobile should offer a different elements, but sticking to the core.
