@kihlophix I also call that doomsday prepping. Where everything is going right something must go wrong. Live in the moment and let yourself be happy! Don’t worry about what comes next. Your best memories are from the now, not looking forward.

@kihlophix don’t scare yourself away from being happy! There’s no reason you don’t deserve to be happy! As far as making yourself happy on your own, start small. Take yourself to your favorite bookstore or movie. Work up from there and spend time doing things you love by yourself! Good luck! It’s a hard journey but so worth it in the end!☺️❀️

You just have to find what makes you happy and forget about those around you. I know that sounds cliche, but relying on people for your happiness only makes you hurt more. Sometimes those who are trying to reach down and β€œhelp you” are reaching out with an electric copper wire. But I’m here and I hear you!
