Don't be silly! You are quite far from ugly ! Don't be so hard on yourself.

If that is you in the photo, then you are not ugly, i'm not sure about your inner beauty, but i guess since you are a little monster then its beautiful too. This is just my opinion, not trying to flatter or anything else.
