I am glad to have a kind heart and be able to treat people kind. After all the shit I had to go through and still do and my depression, its so f*cking difficult not to give up. Its easy to just be a cold hearted btch, Im teached this way and am surrounded by selfish people. But Im not giving up kindness. you pulling me out of that well everytime. You are my rope. Im grateful for that. You teach me to be kind to myself too. I try too. I will continue and never give up to be kind. No matter what. Love you. ❤

@Linda68 sometimes all of that negative pressure just squeezes us into a beautiful diamond. I've survived some horrific people in my lifetime and can honestly say that merely choosing to improve how I dealt with it on a personal level helped so much. You may never be able to help others around you see it that way, so be sure to never ever let that drag you down. And don't expect perfection of yourself...we all have bad days. Be well.

@LadyGaga you got it LG!! I have been having a rough time at work with a co-worker and have decided that this week I am turning g a new page and guess what "killing" people with Kindness really works!! I decide that I will not let anyone steal my joy!!! I have a hard enough time with bouts of depression even on medication and won't let anyone take my joy or kind heart away. We are called to love everyone no matter what!! In the end, we are all humans and all get hurt the same. Kindness is the only way to go!!
