Next week is mental health awareness week. Let's stand up and help those that need help and support. To show them that they are worth it. People don't always show their problems and sometimes it's so hard to see if they are battling against something that makes them feel worthless. Horrible and that they shouldn't be in this world. This summer would be the two years that my uncle lost his battle with depression and taking his own life was the result. He went to the doctors to seek help, but they turned him down-- people that supposed to help? It was a very dark and shocking moment as he seemed to be very happy, but that wasn't the case. It shouldn't be just one week- but all the time that we help those that are in need.
