I was very excited with the project #BeKind21 and thinking in many forms of talk with the kindness and love to touch the soul of who reads. Then, I ended up in a depression crisis. To live with anxiety and depression is not easy and no one knows when they will manifest itself.
I did find that with the ruins, lack of will to live, I woulnd´t collaborate positively, and I really couldn't do it at that moment. But this project touched me so much that, today, I resolved to send a message that I would send to myself at such a difficult time as this.
1) Love yourself first. Love the way u are, and even what u consider a flaw. U are a unique person. Love your contradictions, your way of being, your dreams, challenges and victories;
2) Be kind to yourself. This crisis never will define who u are. This is a phase and soon it will pass.
3) Love the person you struggled to be. Remember when u were wishing to be strong and determined as u are today. U have to do this.
4) Heal your wounds. It is not who made them or how they were made. They exist to remember you that you survived them.
5) Do not hurt yourself anymore. Do not give up. Think of how many lives do you will kill with u if u give up.
6) Nothing is definitive. Everything will be fine and everything will be fine again, believe me.
7) Be kind to those who think they can judge u. It does not matter how people see it. It matters how you feelt it.
8) Use the same faith that saves you daily from yourself.
9) Much people face every day their inner monsters and demons and no one knows. Be kind to them all, as you would like them to be with you.
10) You are unique, no one else is as you are. Excessive sensitivity is not a flaw. One time or another things will get tough, but everything will return to normal and your fears and feelings will go away. It's happened before. Believe in yourself.
