Marry the Night

Been a while since I’ve posted on here. Thought I’d reconnect with my fellow monsters. Drew this last night holding my whiskey 🥃 up high! Double Jameson’s down to the bar. Wearing my leathers in London. Listening to all the live versions of Marry The Night. My inspirational power song, always drives me forwards! 🐾 🆙

So have to tell you watched Marry the Night the Ellen show have not seen before , so enjoyable how did she change her shoes mid stream, what a performance ,she is so awesome ❌⭕❌⭕💖💖💖🐾🐾🐾

This is such a cool drawing, you definitely captured the vibe of Marry the Night, with Gaga like a warrior looking at the blaze. Marry the Night is such a good song, it pulls me out of my despair every time I listen to it. And the video is just pure artistic narration, it’s stunning. Especially the scenes at the parking lot with her black outfit and the exploding cars burning into the night. I get chills every time I see that

@SeaPunk28 I’m glad you understand Sea Punk! It’s my anthem for getting up and going on. When you fail, when you’re tired, when you just don’t feel like it. Get up. Again. Do it all again. As mother monster said at the ArtRave. Hard Work. Discipline. Passion. These are the keys to success, and words I live by. I particularly enjoy the Grammys version of Marry the night. Relive that one if you haven’t in a while. 🐾🆙💜

@0pi8 Yes, Monster friend. Gaga is really hardworking, disciplined, and consistent in her convictions as an artist since day 1. Watching her interviews back in 2008, and seeing the woman she is now, she’s always been so hard working and has kept the same philosophy and drive with her all these years. She eats, breathes, sleeps art and passion. I hope to follow even half of her example and apply it in my life— in my work ethic and self-drive. Gaga is simply awesome. I checked out that Grammy performance, geez it’s been years since I’ve seen it! Definitely appreciate it once again. It kinda reminds me of the broadway musical Cats. Love the theatrics and the backdrop, being a foggy moonlit junkyard, very metaphorical of how you can embrace the darkest, lowest slumps of your soul and still emerge strong. It’s cool how they all have the skeleton makeup too!
