The Depression Wave

My depression is definitely not as bad as it used to be, but every now and again it washes over to remind me it’s still here. It’s upset that I don’t visit it anymore. It beats from the inside me saying “I’ve always been there for you, why are you turning your back on me. I was here when no one else was. Stay in bed with me.” It’s been a few heavy days, But I got out of bed today. And instead of bringing Depression with me, I’m taking a drive with @LadyGaga blasting to clear my mind.

OMG that kitty looks like this one my grams had (she just called her Momma Kat because she ended up having like 18 kittens in 2 litters back to back, worry not I found all but the 4 my grams kept wonderful homes) she was a beautiful Cat. hella soft and a snuggler..

@kacylyn Keep your head up I have been struggling daily for 20 years. 😖 But the days that are truly great days, even if few and far, are worth the struggle to get to them. And the things that seem like you can't push through them this time, aren't as bad as you thought they were once you've had time to process and address them with adequate time and perspective. And if anybody is ever at a low point like this, please reach out and ask me to talk faeriehigh@gmail.com I check mail daily and get instant notifications on my cell. Ah crap I am trying to type through watered up eyes. Just promise yourselves you will at least find a friend, family member you love, or someone you trust to vent to before making any heartbreaking, on the spot, decisions to do anything to yourselves. I love all my fellow shattered fragments. there are many of us, remember that and reach out for yourself or if seeing another of us that needs someone. OMG!! Radio station it was hard enough typing through watered eyes and then you wanna play Cure so I can't see dick. LMAO I gotta go guys. XoXoXo
