Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great weekend. So, its Sunday and It is time for me to write another one of my stories. And this one is probably my favorite. I hope you will enjoy. So, I dont think anyone knows in here who is the guy with Gaga in the picture. His name is Charlie Benante. He is a drummer of American band Anthrax, New York. Band is formed in 1981. and they are one of the American big four. Big four is a term in Metal world for 4 greatest American bands of all time ( Anthrax, Slayer, Megadeth, Metallica). He and Lady Gaga are big friends, they met on Summerfest few years ago. This shirt Gaga wears in the picture was his gift to her. I think that is so adorble, and they are so cute together. But the main thing related to Gaga and Anthrax is related to main guy in the band, Scott Ian. He is band former, and lead guitarist. He knows about Gaga's and Charlie's friendship, and after he saw Gaga and Metallica on Grammy's he was shocked, positively, and said: "Since the first time I ever heard her voice I always thought I would love to hear her singing on Rock/Metal record. She knows so much about Metal and she could sing perfectly in this kind of music. I saw her with Metallica, and I wanna say Gaga, let us be your backing band, we could make a beautiful music together." He aslo said that if Metallica wont making simething more together with Gaga, he would like to try some rehersal with her and Anthrax. And I persobally think that would be perfect. I listen this band over 15 years, almost 20, and their style can fit in anything. Proof of that is their collaboration with American hip hop group Public Enemy, back in 1987. on the song Bring the Noise, really cool stuff. Im really happy because Lady Gaga is friend with Charle, because Scott is ready to try something together with band and her, that statement "let us be your backing band" isnt small things monsters, belive me. Those were the words from the leader of the band which is legandary in Metal music world, I know that things. They are in big 4, you can google it's meaning for our music culture. I had a luck to see Anthrax 4 years ago in Croatia, Zagreb. They were supporting band for Iron Maiden on that tour and they destroyed, killer show. But now, every time I watch them on YouTube, I can easily imgine Gaga with them on the stage, standing near Joey Belladonna ( singer) jumping, singing her, running towards her friend, drummer, trying to put him out of rhytm, bothering him, and everything in their fun way. I almost can see her there, with them, every time, because Anthrax has that specific sound and style in which Gaga would fit perfectly. Just perfectly, especially on the song Indians. I hope one day Gaga will make few Rock/Metal songs, because, many famous Metal said that it would be such a waste of talent if she doesnt make anything in that music style. So monsters, thats it for this story, I hope you like it, for you who wants to her Anthrax I chose one really cool and catchy song. Every time I watch this video Im imagining Gaga jumping literally on Charlie's head, just to bother him. I love them both so much.
