The crust is a hand-made, whole wheat crust (I should've baked it in a bigger pan xP). The sauce was a slightly spicy tomato sauce. Also made fresh! It consisted of a chopped red onion, chopped garlic, red pepper flakes, s+p, Italian seasoning, dry oregano, paprika, fresh peeled tomatoes, & a dash of sugar. Cooked, then blended. The arugula was placed on top of the sauce, along w/ half of the dried chopped figs (1/3c) in total. I used both fresh & dried figs for this pizza. Chopped green onions, most of the motz, the sliced prosciutto, & the remainder of the dried chopped figs. I garnished the pizza with sliced fresh figs & more green onions :)
