I love Gaga so much. Her music is a journey. First album was abt fame, 2nd album was abt social justice/standing up for yourself, 3rd was experimenting/findig yourself/artistic, and this (5th) album is personal, not Gaga, but Stefani.

Perfect Illusion is so personal to me. A few months ago, I met a guy on a dating app. We chatted and exchanged pics for a few weeks. And after that, we arranged our first meeting. On the day of the meeting, I started having panick attacks constantly, so I sat down and tried to understand what was happening to me. It clicked in my head that I was terrified by the fact that I wouldn't look as beautiful as I do in my pics. I was so scared that I was considering to cancel the meeting. Even though my fears and insecurities were torturing my body and soul, I decided to go. When I got there, It turned out that I was being foolish, because the guy also didn't look as perfect as he did in the pics he sent me. I haven't used any dating app since then, and every time Perfect Illusion comes on, I remember that. Lady Gaga has definitely taught me another lesson: REAL RELATIONSHIPS DON'T THRIVE WHEN WE TRY TO HIDE THEIR IMPERFECTIONS WITH FILTERS! #GoUnfiltered

I do love gaga, but the video is too much. And people who are epileptic couldn't watch it ๐Ÿ˜• I just found it shit directing tbqfh, but please no one reply anything cos I don't want to argue. I love gaga and I love the song, but the video hurt my eyes!

GREAT. If you have a look at her career, you'll see she has changed A LOT through the years. She doesn't want to repeat herself. She always needs to reinvent her own image. No meat dress this time , no green whigs, no high heels. She's just what she wants to be. She always wants to move on. This is a true artist to me. No repetition: she's NOT a popstar, she's an artist. She was born this way :)
