Mother Monster featured her friends Karl Lagerfeld and Hedi Slimane on the first two out of a series of sixteen covers, to be unveiled over the next few weeks. "For this issue I wanted nothing more than to have one story, just one, that my children and the future of fashion would remember forever," Gaga said. #V99 is here!
