you're beautiful and like you said your heart outweighs anything about your physical appearance. But also you are incredibly handsome and shouldn't be upset because one day all those unhappy people who call you names will never be as great as you. Acne is temporary but a genuine heart is forever

Don't care about the people who want to hurt you. I understand you, when I was 15 years old I had a lot of pimples and a lot of people wanted to hurt me with offensive comments about that, also, I was soo fat and that was a reason for more and more bad comments about me, now I'm another guy, I don't have pimples now and I'm sure that you will lost this pimples with your grew up, but that is not a reason to feel bad, we are beautiful in our own way :D, I want to have my face perfect like your face for example :), be strong little monster, happy new year

Just don't cry, okay? Wipe those tears and fear away! You're beautiful the way you are (because you were born this way :-)). And I'm sure you'll meet somebody who loves you just as you are not how you might have been. Don't be defeated by his insults, prove him you're strong and brave! :-)
