I think it's finally time to talk about depression : (

I never thought that i was able to tell all of you how depression has changed me . I don't do this just for likes but for me . I know that a lot of you have the same issues as me . The problem with me is that always feel like i don't fit in or that i am not good enough . Sometimes i look myself in the mirror and i see a boy with two amazing green eyes but the most of the time a see a fat boy with a big nose , awfuhl hair and believe me that is that hurts the most . I feel so insecure and alone , even when i am with my friends . I know that they love me and care about me but that doesn't changed the things . What i am trying to say is that i don't want to live like these anymore but i don't know what to do . I have never thought to kill myself but i hurt myself with a lot of ways . I am truly lost ...... #sad #alone #depression #MonsterSad

try to do something for yourself do a hoby you like or do a sport or maybe go to the gym and make new friends ! your situation i think its normal all we have that symptoms you are not alone !!

Thank you for your words . But you know now i am in university and i am not all the time with my friends . I miss them

ohhh, hii moonster. the before's ohhh was because i understand you and i put me in your place.i dont know what to say about because i 've thought the same things bu t in some kinda different way and i think that not everything has to be talked because each humanbeing has an intimicy butt as the same way, there are a lot of prejudices about mental diseases and it has to be talked so i think at the same way that it has to be talked. some days i hate myself too and some other days don't. what i think is that there has to be more love in the world. so i kinda try to send you love through my words and my experience. i hope you can take it xxoxoxoooxxx

People will always critize you whether you are thin, fat, or athletic. It is a common behavior in this universe. So you'd better get used to it now. It is up to you if you give them the power of upsetting you! Don't give them that power.

I totally understand how you feel. You have to live for yourself and only for you. If your friends love you, just keep them close, they are here to help you. You just have to wake up in the morning saying "today is my day, i'm awesome" cause you are! JUST LIVE FOR YOURSELF [[*]]

Depression also has made me hate myself. And sometimes I also feel like you. But I try to overcome that feeling. Doing something what I like, something what makes me happy. I usually do exercise or drawing something listening Gaga's music. Her music encourage me. Even if It can't makes my feelings completely ok, it makes my feelings better. And I want to tell you please don't hurt yourself. It's not the way you can overcome depression. It brings you more hurt. So please don't her yourself. Find something that makes your feelings better. It can be anything just the things that can make your feelings, depression better. And you should recognize you are not alone!
