This was beautiful and at times this is exactly how I feel sometimes the chaos is good and I make music and art other times it's bad and I am upset or shakey it's just finding a way to embrace that chaos that's very hard to manage like trying to catch a tornado in a box it can't be done so we must adapt and build shelters and do what we can to help this chaos and use it for good /)

I wish there were some way that all of the joy, inspiration, and love that you give and bring to millions could somehow ease your torment and fix it, but I know it cannot, and I'm so sorry that you have to face it. I truly hope that you have one person in your life who can stand in and be your center, not letting go, when things go hard and fast out of focus, so that even though you may then be going in circles, you won't be far from home when it subsides. As someone who has experienced psychosis, thank you for recognizing the chaos and torment it truly is. I once romanticized insanity until I slowly unwound toward my own psychotic break. While I rode high until I fell, it was a steep cliff and a very deep abyss into which I fell into. I seek to transform my own pain into art, but I am still sometimes lost within my own fears and self-abasement. I just want to say, in the context of whatever darkness that holds you, thank you for being the light that you are.
