I'd quietly approach (trying not draw attention to her) and tell her mow much she means to me. Then I'd ask for a photo and offer to buy her coffee.

I would say, hello @gaga and thank you for being such a great artist and humanitarian! I would tell her how much I love everything that she does and the way that she does it and wish her a good day and then give her a hug if that was okay with her! And if we had more time, I would ask her if I could buy her a cup of coffee and if she wanted to chat for a bit. And then we would laugh and share a couple of great stories, and then I would remember that cup of coffee with @gaga for the rest of my life! <3
