I had a lot of fun making this dish! However, it took a while to make! This was b/c of the pork shoulder.😊Traditionally, in Cantonese cooking, the pork shoulder is broken down into long thin slabs for quicker cooking. Hooks are inserted through the top of the pork to hang above an open fire.
