Hello Little Monsters today was my First Nocturnal shift at the Hospital, it is 5:40 am here in Honduras, I started at 7:00 pm yesterday, and not leaving till 1:30 more hour.!! It's so much fun.!!! love you all.!! @gaga @ladygaga
