This happened in my home town.

This is Devin Norman, a 26 year old from Corinth, Mississippi who was beaten in a walmart parking lot because he is homosexual. The local DA is charging the attacker with assault, but this is obviously a hate crime motivated by sexual orientation. Mississippi has no hate crime protection for sexual orientation, however the right pressure and show of support can turn this into a federal matter. Oh my god . Those people who attacked him are crazy . They are not people , they are literally trash . I hope they will be found and punished right .I hope that he is healthy and happy now .

This sort of shit makes me feel sick! "People" like that have major fucking issues. They're not people at all, in fact, they're monstrosities! UGH! THEY are what's wrong, not gay people or "different" people in general. Goddamn, I hope he's alright... I'm not religious, but I'll keep him in my thoughts...

I am fucking sick and tired of people beating other human being for something so not important as sexual orientation. I hope this guy gets well, I wish him the best, support and love and I hope that other guy gets behind bars!

Dear Devin, please don't cry, because there might be some people who hate you out there, but they are the weak ones who feel threatened by you. We all support you here, everyone supports you, save for a bunch of hateful morons. It might hurt now, but you will find more support and love in the world than will make up for what you're going through now. I send you all my love and support! <3 Bruno
