One of my amazing friends from Scotland passed away. she was so beautiful and so inspiring to be around and I remember when I last seen her in Dublin she told me she would've loved to have Gaga notice her sadly she passed away a few days ago, she was only 19. I have made it my duty to try and full fill a dream Chelsey had and get Gaga to try and see this post or to tweet Chelseys account.
