Gaga you're one of the most influent artists today, WE NEED you to speak out for Kesha, she's going through some heavy shit right now and it envolves so many things responsable for her carreer. We don't want Dr. Luke to ruin her life, and you're the only one who can save her situation now. She's the happiness of the pop music, one of the girls who makes the world smile, little monsters from all around the world are begging you to speak out for her, this is serious. I just had a long discussion about this on Instagram w/ a fellow little monster friend. If there's a will there is a way. The former CEO of UMG has said that if Kesha can't do this and can't do that, that, her career is done. But it is a fact that those who say you can't and won't are afraid that you CAN & WILL. There's obvi more to this case than meets the eye :/ things as fans and the public we don't know about. In the US you are no ones slave. No one can own you bc you aren't property. There are many ways around this contract but she's letting the former CEO's word creep in the back of her head and letting Dr. Luke get to her. Contracts are terminated all the time. Granted there are consequences but I'll take the consequences any day over working with the person that raped me. You feel me? Sony doesn't own her. They aren't holding a gun to her head. They aren't forcing her to wake up and sing in a mic in studio. She can work independently. It won't be easy but honestly she already is so well known and has a huge following of her own. It can be done. There's nothing wrong with starting over and starting fresh. She's afraid of losing what she had built but honestly she will rebuild what she lost and make it bigger, better, more beautiful. Another concern of hers is that if she were to work independently anything she releases will be owned by Sony until she reaches a certain...

Unfortunately I don't think this will change anything, no matter how famous Gaga is. See Til it happens to you, I don't think it has changed many things for now even if it made some people more aware of what was going on. It's really disgusting.

Oh trust me she will speak out and the world will hear her. A friend and I were talking about this today at work and she said the most amazing thing: "what happened to Kesha is just sick. I can't believe we live in a world where someone says 'I was raped' and the first question we ask is 'what did you do to deserve it?'. If Gaga found out that someone had raped one of her babies, she would be heading to trial on murder charges. Kesha deserves to be loved and protected just like Mom loves and protects us"
