Clearly gaga did her makeup back in the day because look at that eye make-up, those lashes & that tan..yikes. This was also very early in her career and she was super young. Now she has a make-up team and "glam squad" she just cleaned up and grew up, imo.

There really is no difference except for some weight gain and come on, we all know she hadrhinoplasty or smth on her nose sometime during her hip surgery. She did say herself that she uses tape for face lift and used lip injections maybe even on her cheeeks sometimes. She's probably not using any of that now, but her nose definitely lost the bump and got a bit thinner, no one can deny that and this isn't hate, its an observation

Honestly she looked sad back then. I always knew she was rapped. Which is now confirmed. I think she's much healthier and happy now. That's the difference.

Of course she's still the same!!! Different make-up, some years passed, maybe some surgery (don't shoot me), but surely she's the same free bitch she's always been!!! <3

She did gain a bit weight in 2012 and she said she had injections on her face most likely Juvederm, and the makeup and wigs play a part aswell, but she's the same person lol.

She just didn't have a good make up artist. It's all makeup that makes a person look different.

She also uses facelift tape guys. She even admitted to it lol
