Keep up the good work and if it helps remember the following: 1)the older you get the elasticity of your skin worsens I will explain what I mean with that later 2) after you turn 30 years old it will not be as easy to build up muscles.
Meaning: before you turn 30 or even if you are 30+ you still have time to make exercising a part of your everyday routines Exercise just a little bit every day 2 - 5 minutes for some weeks and if you feel that you want to exercise more than 2-5 minutes per day go ahead and do it but don't overdo it help your mind associate exercising with a feeling of well being.
When you gain weight you stretch your skin when you lose weight the skin tries to repair itself but the older you get the more difficult it becomes I 've seen a woman that is 50 years old she lost a lot of weight but her cheeks are hanging she now of course needs to eat right and buy the right skin products but as long as she stops using the skin products the problem will return.. not as much but still...
Just remember that you will have to live with/inside your body for the rest of your life:DTake care:)
