Swan

I got paint this christmas so I've been painting all night and made this! I'm super proud of myself. This painting is inspired by John William Waterhouse and by Darren Aronofsky's "Black Swan". The White Swan is obsessed with being perfect. Her master - vanity - is a scornful one. The daffodils refer to the danger that is in this self-obsession: she becomes entwined in a struggle with herself. She tries to turn herself into a static image of perfection but fails and starts to hate herself. The black swan appears... She must fight... And wins. Suddenly there is a fire within her. She feels for the first time alive and immersed. Now she holds the daffodils mockingly, laughing at narcissism, laughing at the ego and looking triumphantly down at it. a little bird listen to his song and says to the frog...youre not a swan...youre a frog!...the frog pulls down his trunk in front of the bird...and the bird says...my lovely swan!...😂

merry christmas, mirror!...cant see a black swan, but a multicoloured swan from the neck to the chest...very beautiful! im busy with your book, wilco...there is a lot of knowledge, but also a lot of unanswered questions...but maybe the answers will come later in your book... at least ive a nice joke about a swan: a green frog with a red swim trunk sitting on a water lily leave and singing always🎶🎶...im a swan...🎶🎶...im a swan
