Welcome home, Little Monsters.

I don't want to go to school.

Whenever starting of school draws near I feel depressed and stay up all night crying and thinking about the bleak days of school. I lost all my friends because I'm gay which made me a loner and now my social anxiety is worsening. People always talk behind my back and say mean things that I wish I could just brush off but I can't. Littlemonsters and @gaga please give me advice on how to cope with high school. please help me :(

School is a temporary situation; and it is mandated in many places for you to stay in school until at least 16. Now I realized this doesn't really address the hostile atmosphere you find yourself in. Trust me, I know what if feels like to go somewhere I do not feel welcome. That is something probably 95% of anyone with a degree of empathy can relate to... and with family too. My unsolicited advice would be to write down what is going inside of you.. to find some positive useful way to vent those thoughts and frustrations. Also, engage in the people that are you fellow lil monsters some older like me, and those you need that are closer to your age... you can always take what you want, or need and leave anything else by the wayside. It's not a perfect answer, because most situations can be difficult and messy to deal with... Some people were born to hate... because they feel threatened.. or they refuse to see anything other than their own narrowed lens of "normal".. well.. if you can my friend, try to isolate that issue as just one person's opinion.. on demented view.. and see if negating it's effect upon you helps. At least you can know that me.. an older lil monster would love to adopt you as a virtual family member that is well deserving... and in need of some positive emotional support.. I am one... that will do that for you... Stay in school... put wrongful thinking...

Hi! I understand complety that you don't wan't to go to school because i lost my friends for the same thing and the all school hates me, but you have to know that you will fond true friends and you just have to remember to be yourself and never change. Be strong and find peace :)

That's horrible, but there is always someone who you can talk to try to find a true friend or go to the classroom of a teacher you like ignore the haters cause somebody loves you.

you cant tell me you are the only gay person in that skool there is strength and support in numbers find other gays and get with them. even if you have to correspond with neighboring skools to find relevant gay communities for introverts such as yourself and most importantly remember we always love having you here...*Hugs*

don't be sad, it's hard but remember that doesn't care what people say, they are not true friends, you don't have to be depressed and anxious for what they say, the most important is that you feel good being who you are, love yourself and if they don't like it, doesn't care, just stay strong monster, we're with you. OMG me too I start college and I don't know anyone I also am a loner but who cares ,I don't im also very antisocial .please don't feel depressed you can get over it just belive you are greater and stronger and you are on your way [[lm.famega]] just find the best people to hang out with even if it means being a loner ,,I'm right there with you ☺️
