I really think that TMZ "leaking" the video was planned by her!!! Maybe it was a marketing tactic of how to present the video. People need to think about what the song says and signifies along with what TMZ does; they stay updated with all of the gossip that is going on in the Celebrity world. PLUS, if they were really going to "leak" the video, that would result in a lawsuit worth millions of dollars. Unfortunately I believe that the public did not react well to the snippets that were released so she never released it anyways. In my opinion, DWUW is the best song on ARTPOP. It is such a shame that she never picked up the era from when it fell down.

i think she didnt release it because of her management, plus it supposedly had to many sexual connotations. im not sure though, i saw the clips and it seems pretty typical for Gaga. i do think its mostly because of her management. thats why the artpop app didnt open, because of her old management

I never wanted the release so she can have more sales, if she would release it by now maybe her song would not really get into the charts anymore but I dont care about that. She created something and its sad that the world we live is not tolerant enough to art so she has to hide her visions so even her fans can't see
