Because that would have been LAST YEARS Grammys. Artpop came out November 2013. And it didn't really chart, so it's not being played or thought about except by us monsters who appreciate it for what it is. AND BECAUSE THEY NOMINATED CHEEK TO CHEEK WAHOO!

I read that they only nominate records that had an outstanding sell in their first week. Sad. I really thought grammy's were all about talent.
