Bloody Mary

MY SINCERE APOLOGIES TO ANYONE WHO MIGHT FIND THIS OFFENSIVE, I'M NOT AGAINST RELIGION OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I don't know why I made this, I'm just in a really ugly place in my life, and my anger and sadness just sort of poured out into my artwork. I've been cutting myself again, so I just automatically made a piece on Bloody Mary. It could also be for Princess Die or Judas or Speechless etc., it's up to interpretation. It doesn't look like it in the photos, but everything is 3D. The nails are real and they stick out, the paper is peeling, the blood (nailpolish) looks like it's still wet, and I glued on lace and netting to give it texture. *I'm truly sorry if I offended anyone by putting the cross on it. I kind if do the same thing you do. But i use Photoshop with my Feelings. i really like this! This is the best thing to do when you feel bad, is be creative! That's what Gaga would do!

I'm sorry you're feeling bad :( I hope and pray you stop cutting yourself. I know how it is to give into the Dark Side becuase of anger and depression. Iv'e been to the mental hospital for it. Feel better my fellow Monster <3

now about your life, i dont know whats happening but if you want you can always talk to me... i know life isn't fair but those moments in our lives are really just temporary. All those scars you're creating will only make this process longer and tougher. So please continue to express your pain and feelings on your art only. We need you to do this. so we can feel undertood in our pain as well. Take care <3

this is marvelous mikayla, when i saw this on the hot page i couldnt believe it was yours hahauha. You're really something else hahauha. This breaks so much the conventions of what a normal paiting should be, you're really original and ready to take risks <3

Its not offensive. Its art & the way you express yourself & your feelings. You don't have to harm yourself. You have all the little monsters here to talk to & express your feelings on your art & not by cutting yourself. XXXX

you scared me with that blood! pls don't cut yourself, you don't deserve to be treated badly :) stay strong and everytime you have the need to harm yourself, try to put that anger or saddness into your artwork. it is a good therapy to overcome these things :D
