I don’t believe it for a second. Never have. Never will. When I first saw the “To be continued...” sign, it was obviously a reference to Kill Bill film since it has two volumes and this term is often used in comic books so they just wanted to give you that impression, you know, that the video feels like a comic book, but I didn’t believe for a second that it’s a confirmation of a sequel.

She said the continuation was originally planned for the ARTPOP era but of course too much was going on behind the scenes and she wasn't allowed to release the single for the continuation for whatever reason. I remember her saying that someday the story will be continued so probably with the next pop record!
